The original watercolour is in the collection of the Imperial War Museum, London, where the originals of many of the reproductions in 'An onlooker in France' may also be found.
Note on artwork:
Less than half-page illustration reproducing in sepia tones a watercolour. It shows wounded soldiers one of whom having just died is being shrouded by a comrade.
